Collector Assembly Inspection System

Cartridge Needle Adaptor inspection system is placed at the assembly line in order to enable quick repeatable & reliable inspection of each product.

The system includes a full electro-optical jig for accurate measurement of collector assembly, software for supporting those measurements, calibration procedure and software tools for measuring the errors of the mechanical setup.
