Special Geometry

This MetaLight™ 1" I.D. off-axis ring light (dark field) provides a near horizontal plane of light which is useful for highlighting surface defects, illuminating specular surfaces, and side lighting prominent target features. The half circle ring light allows for inspection applications to keep stationary while utilizing the mobility of the split ring. Our ring lights can be configured for wavelength and other specifications.

Applied with robotic arms for inspection. 360-degree shadow-free illumination in high-luminance LEDs deployed at high density. Allow oblique lighting from all angles to suit the objects, with high-intensity luminance LEDs arranged in a bar configuration. Supply for sides combination in a bar device to a board range of lightning by illuminating the object with angle-adjustable bars. The central ring light makes the illuminance evenly for the whole set of lightning during the inspection.
